It's been a long, long week. I set up a schedule for myself, because I just have SO much to get done. Tuesday I worked on writing. Wednesday was manuscript reading day. And yes, I spent much of it actually reading. I have a pile of partials and fulls, one of which is 100K, to get through. Slogged through some queries, wrote some rejection.

What exactly is LBF looking for in manuscripts? Just curious. It seems like the fantasy/Sci-fi list is probably hard to get into.

It kind of is, because we receive SO much of it. Honestly. A really good chick-lit book would have a good chance, or Life Drama. I also don't see that much good romance. Lately we've been getting a lot of thriller stuff too.

But I only see 1/3 of the subs, so that's only what I've personally read lately.
