Free book = beautiful thing

Today at Borders there were all these boxes of books that said "Free with any purchase." I bought a new Patricia C. Wrede novel (with a beautiful cover) and got Juliet Marillier's Wildwood Dancing - in hardcover - for free! Life is good. :)

Cool! Are you a Murakami fan? I keep hearing about him but haven't read him yet.

Oh, yes I am. I have a whole stack of his books on my shelf.
I definitely recommend him. He has a very chill, matter-of-fact, stream-of-consciousness type of narrative.
