Y'know, I don't think I'd ever heard of this until I saw that Orbit email, with this book featured - the cover of course spoke to me, but mostly because it reminded me of Lyn Flewelling's Nightrunner books, and a few other wonderful fantasy stories, so I looked into it and have gone and ordered the very first book. I've got some catching up to do! So glad to hear you enjoy this series so much, it's very encouraging!
