Ooh, these look good. And any hero who reminds one of Georgette Heyer is obviously going to be attractive to me. ;) Unfortunately, my library only has the third and fourth books in the series. I HATE that.
By the way, I am rather in awe of a) how many books you have read this year and b) the fact that you have reviewed every single one of them. Wow.
Ahh yes, Heyer's heroes are scrumptious. :) I hope you manage to find books 1 and 2 somewhere! Perhaps a site like Book Mooch or Paperback Swap would have them? They're definitely worth owning, in my opinion.
And I only read (and review) so much because I have no social life! It's a tradeoff. :)
I don't know why I found it so amusing that the prostitute's name is Sally and her brother is Dipper. This is great. I also read "regency dandy" and then decided I had to try out this series sometime...when I am finally done with school!
"Dipper" is just a nickname, I think, because he used to be a pickpocket (just like every other valet in a Regency novel, it seems!). I do recommend this series if you're interested in a good Regency-era mystery...no sexytimes, though, if that matters! :)
