Eau de do dah day!

I'm just getting in from the drive-thru at the local McDonald's, and there was an idiot going from car to car pitching cologne. I would almost rather deal with homeless people than these guys. I don't have any problems with wearing cologne, but I rarely remember to anymore. I suppose that I should, but seeing as how over the course of an average ( Read more... )

What a freaky story. Wow. I'm too much of a wuss to watch horror films.

I hope the second day of summer school goes well tomorrow. I'm sure the kids will progress in leaps and bounds :) Just set your boundaries with them!

Wow. Maybe I would have liked Blair Witch if I'd had that kind of experience. I didn't think it was scary at all. The last 5 minutes were interesting. Kind of like The Ring. Not scary until those last few critical moments.

Great story though. Did you keep the medallion? I would have after all that!

...and I subscribe to Playboy for the articles *g*

Unfortunately, the ex has the medallion...but she needs all the help she can get.

I agree. I'll have to tell you my lost hiker story sometime. I think after being in that situation, it made them less believable for me. Well, we weren't being stalked by stick-figure makers but still...we were lost for a few days without food or water.

Wow, that's interesting. So your friend didn't set any of that stuff up? If not that's truly strange.

The only thing that happened to me when I saw Blair Witch is I almost got sick in the parking lot from eating a pickle and popcorn and all the crazy ass camera all over the place shots they had. I really enjoyed the movie, but I didn't read any of the hype before going to see it either (nor the web page).

As far as I know, he didn't...he was a pathological liar (and I assume that he still is), but he didn't really have the ingenuity to pull off a scam of this magnitude.

The BWP made me seasick, too...I think that kind of added to its intrigue.

I did like the comment that the directors made in an interview...they told the actors "your safety is important to us...your comfort is not"
