i thought about that when you'd see the pope touch a toddler on tv...it would be cool, but you wouldn't be able to remember it! :/

Yeah, I have some hazy memory of the day, but nothing concrete at all. I really hope to get to see this current pope someday, because I really do think he's amazing, and such a gift to the Church and the world.

Rather, I hadn't realized that you go to a university which is in eyeshot of my university. I had, however, known that CUA is in eyeshot.

Thanks for posting those. It really makes me miss DC, I used to be a regular attendee at Sunday Mass at the Basilica and know exactly where most of those pictures were taken from (especially the first one, I used to hate walking up that hill from the Metro station).
