That was the feeling I had after reading this amazing fic. I'm finding myself at a loss to describe adequately the brilliance in this Mystery Author's depiction of these two people, so I'll just say this:

Seriously, HoggyWarty totally made my holidays! I follow the SSHG Exchange assiduously, and they were on a totally deserved holiday hiatus, which they extended for the very good reason of all the LJ attacks.
Thank you so much for all the work you do to make HoggyWarty not just a great fic exchange, but also a really fun party! Thanks for continuing to post while those stupid LJ attacks were making any activity there a chore.
Since I usually read SSHG fics, interspersed with H/D and an occasional gen!fic or HG/DM, it's been fun to read pairings and characters I don't normally read. I'm continually amazed by the many different stories that can be created out of the same set of characters, and also by the many, many ways the same characters can be nuanced to remain canon compliant, yet totally different than what we thought them to be.
Congratulations, and I'm eager to see the reveals later today! <3 <3 <3 <3
