Two Mondays ago, I unlocked my bike from where it was parked and I couldn’t get the key out of the lock. COTDAM! I rode home with my lock in my pocketbook AND I had to carry my bike up stairs and it’s been in my kitchen (quite large kitchen) ever since. Have you tried lubricating the tumblers? Some graphite or Breakfree CLP might help.

dude, totally contact Krypto and see if it might be their fault. not like it would give you a new lock RIGHTNOW! but at least maybe you'd get compensation. i need to get a U-Lock. i got one of their good cable locks when i was on the dole, but now i can probably afford to add a REAL one to the mix.
