Weekends, Movies, Stuffs

I forgot to post about it, but Krissy and I went to see THE STRANGERS last weekend and it was actually really good. The plot isn't anything super-new or dense with plot twists. But the scenes are all staged to maximize tension and unease. The director seems so confident. I'm very curious to see what he comes up with next. Anyway, it's mostly ( Read more... )

Seems to me, America needs to stop eating vegetables - those annoying, low-calorie-having wastes of space.

It's obvious we need to stock our grocery stores with nothing but weight-gain shake mix.

Only for the weekend, not overall. That's normal. Usually there are 2 to 3 new movies every week and they take the top spots, but their staying power is what shows how profitable they'll be. Indy is hanging in very well. Sex and the City dropped over 60% in its second week = all the fans already saw it and there's no crossover appeal to new fans.
