Not so much turned on, but intrigued and entertained.

I definitely think the slang terms have different meanings based on their use, for example, "ramming your cock inside her pussy" equals the shaft of the penis inside of the vaginal canal as you pointed out, and "suck my cock" and "lick my pussy" tend to cover the respective external genitalia in more general terms.
