now Baconnaise has a more limited application - b/c of the mayo, not the bacon, heaven forfend. i'm not sure the tartness would mix well the the cinnamon and brown sugar. more of a savory. bacon on it's own is much more versatile.
One of those days where you realize that the elements of food can be combined in ways that make them better than the sum of their parts. Generally, one buys the chocolate chips and eats them one by one from the bag -- but then some days (only some days) -- the chips get suddenly combined (along with effort, creativity, and math) with flour into cookies that add temporary buffs to all of your skills, and eliminate the effects of poison from your constitution modifier!
