Ooooh, I like Ancient Egypt, but your obsession is just wow. I really like Egyptian Mythology, so I'm there with you, but for me it's Greece. Greek Mythology, anything with Atlantis (which would explain why I like SGA more than SG1 LOL), Athens, gosh I REALLY want to go to Greece *sigh* and just take everything in. Everything. I'll sleep in the streets if I have to (and probably get raped, ick!) but I'd go

It's sometimes a borderline obsession. I'll admit it. I want to travel the WORLD, and Greece is on there too. I am facinated with anything like the 7 Wonder of the Ancient and Modern World. To think that these people were able to build amazing things that to this day makes us scratch our heads is amazing. (or maybe the Asguard did it hehee

Oooh, I've never tasted the food, but I've read recipes and it sounds delicious. It's very similar to Puerto Rican cooking, but not quite, and the fact that they use a lot of garlic and lemon (on some dishes rather than most) is heaven for me! :D Oh yeah, mosquitos, definite evil threat! I agree, everything Greek is fascinating for me, especially the culture (in the ancient times more than now).
