Love the hack. Just bought two dudero lamps and are planning to do the same thing. Question, where did you get the bracket that you are using to hold the speakers? All the brackets I found at Home Depot have holes that are too small for the screw to fit through. Reply to bwaters3(at)yahoo.com. Thanks!
