I wrote this on a whim at work one day, saved it to my iPod and forgot about it until I found it in a backup folder for my iPod this weekend. Toyed with the idea of posting it for a while, finally gave in. Here you go.

This was bittersweet for me in a way. Music has always been a constant in my life, its never let me down, never disappointed me. Sometimes I'll listen to songs that remind me of My Him. And there are so many songs that describe me and him and our whatever it was. That's what I love about writing a story you can get the happy ending that you want. And in life that isn't a guarentee.

Love hurts, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

This is amazing too, it inspires me to write. :D

Yeah, that's why I've been writing stories like that recently. I just needed to have my happy ending at least in fiction, since like you said it's not a guarantee in real life.
