It was Halloween and there were parties, but looking out the window had alerted Charlie to the fact that there was more going on. Inferi were shuffling around, and he wanted no part of that. He'd let Bill know, then proceeded to get ready to go out. They may be Muggles, but there was no way he was letting his favorite holiday pass by.
There was a knock at the door and he opened it to see a lovely woman. Figuring she was new and maybe lost, he smiled and stepped back. "Hello, love. Come on in," he said, adding a bit of a vague gesture with his hand to invite her in.
