I think doing a secret santa thing this late would be a little hard. XD If you could somehow get people to do digital art gifts, get them together by xmas, and then send them all out at random to people on the list of participatns.. then it'd work. I guess they could be paired up previously so you don't double send by accident or something. That's just my idea~
I wouldn't mind a card either, haha. I can send you my address on DA... send me yours and I'll send you something too :3
