I just copied it form somewhere , i have yet to find the alt code for it :[. Just copy it from mine if ya need it. There are a lot of symbols in the numpad when you combine it with alt (e.g. alt+3:♥ or alt+3+3+3+3:♣)

oh the person has to have a palpay account too and all the person needs is your email addy that you use to login to paypal. and they send it gets sent to your palpay account. and then you transfer funds to your bank.
