"Do you have cramps." Cuddy asked.

A shocked gasp as she put a hand to her heart. "How dare you ask that! Oh, now I definitely have to have one."

Wilson, by the door, had what Cuddy knew was the too wide smile that meant she was, on the inside, laughing herself sick at the both of them.

"You deal with her," Cuddy snapped, finally, lifting her hands in frustration.
"Aww, but we were having fun."

She did not smother House and her shit-eating grin with one of the cushions. But it was a close enough thing.

"I think that your team was looking for you," mentioned Wilson, in a very well-practiced soothing tone aimed at both of them. "Maybe there's a new case?"
"Have I mentioned, Jamie, that your office has a really beautiful view?"
"I sometimes really wonder how do you keep your job," Wilson said, looking warily at, after all, their boss"I'm really beggining to wonder that myself," said Cuddy, pointedly, but House was already walking out the office, with a 'whatever' hand gesture
