Oh and, uhm, since you asked, I think that 'changing it around completely' would be your best option. Ending it at Acid Tokyo would be far too abrupt -- it just would not work well -- and I think that simplifying the plot will leave a lot unexplained. By changing it around you're giving us the chance to read a brand new story, which has a lot of potential in where it can go.
