In Ramza's eyes you are one of the...hm, how do I put this..."unfortunate" members of camp. And he doesn't mean this in any slight to you or anything, he just sees you as someone who does not have the means to defend yourself in dire situations and it makes him sad.
So he will probably try his best to see if he can't keep an eye on you to make sure that you're comfortable and protected and never put into a dangerous situation that you can't escape from! That is, if he can run across you again XD right now he's somewhat daunted by the sheer size of camp and the impressive number of...ah..."unfortunate" people. XD
I'd love to have him interact with Io more cuz I think she could make him WTF very nicely. Ramza had no mommy, so some mommy-type-lovin could be good for him XD even if it's Io-brand!

Since Albert seems to consider Ramza a friend it would be rude of Ramza not to think the same in return! He's a bit of a pot calling the kettle black surprised at how readily and easily Albert trusts the people at camp, but that's mostly because Ramza has had two bad encounters thusfar and Albert doesn't seem to have had that.
Albert is also one of the "unfortunates" I mentioned to Io, but since he's Ramza's friend as well, Ramza will try his extra very bestest to make sure you're taken care of! For Albert I think that means it extends a bit beyond just zombie-defense, he's willing to lend an ear if Albert needs it, because you're just so gosh darn polite and it reminds Ramza of the few, the proud, the geniunely nice nobles out there.
Albert's also one on Ramza's list of "helpful" people, since he seems to be from something of a similar culture to the place where camp is, so he's going to come to you with questions if he has them.

You managed to earn Ramza's respect right off the bat in that you're an emperor with a mind to consider the will of his people. XD Given that Ramza comes from a history of having witnessed wars that were incited for the petty wants of the nobles, he's deeply impressed by a leader who is fair and just like Peony seems to be~ It reminds him of his father in a non-perverted good way, so yeah, he really respects Peony. Peony could probably ask him to do most anything and he would do it without question ( ... )
