Wow, you are taking your fitness decision really seriously, I am impressed (and jealous, I wish I could stick with running like that) ;____;
Well done for getting through the first month - and your hoola hoop actually looks really fun. *is 12 again* :D I have also looked at the bodyrock website months ago and I will definitely go and try their stuff when I am back in Germany. My room in England is too small and I don't want to practise in the living room as my landlord is a creeper.. ^^"

GO GO GO!

Well, that's my character. It's not really a good thing, but as I'm a perfectionist I concentrate on something I decided to do 100% and forget everything else around me. Not good at all :(

I guess my neighbors aren't really happy when I'm jumping around but as I'm doing it during the day and keep it down to a few minutes, I don't think they can complain. Especially because they are loud 24/7!

Thanks! :D

Sounds like you're doing very well on your fitness regime! :) I still think the most important thing is to have fun while doing it. Yoga sounds like a good idea, but I think this is probably an activity that is best done in a group, like you said it's hard to find good videos and especially on youtube.
Your diet sounds really nice, especially the breakfast. I've always loved buttermilk, too bad you can't get it in Japan. And I'd love to try the nyatto - natto AND nyanko's - it can't get any better than that XD

I'm trying out new things every week and that's where the fun is coming from at the moment. Once I get fitter I can switch over to other things, too. Though the humid and hot weather will keep me from any outdoor activities for quite some time! :(
I know, but I wanna do what I can right now at home and not having access to a trainer shouldn't be an excuse not to do yoga at all :)

That's really great to hear! I should do it too but... I'm so lazy T^T; anyway, yeah it seems you sound more happy? than before. Awh, I wish they had loads of different smoothies or milkshakes here-- sigh, one of the things I'm coming to luv about Japan!

I might take a look at that website..who knows, lol, though I'd probably go the local gym here haha, they have a good discount for students and I can do lots of things such as Yoga, boxing etc etc.

One question, where do you get the emoji? Thanks (^v^)b

Not sure if I'm more happy or not. I'm changing a lot of things in my life right now and that just gives me some extra energy in the moment, I guess ^^;

Sorry I couldn't answer any earlier, but I answered your question in the other entry :)

*lol*

Ich kann bei mir noch keine große Wirkung feststellen. Vermutlich dauert das einfach oder ich mach was falsch ;o; .... mein Körperfett hat sich auch noch nicht reduziert ;o;

*nick nick*
