All those ingredients in that pic go great in those stew stocks they sell everywhere in Japan. They're all pretty good and easy and freezable so you can make a lot one night and save time later.

Do you have a blender? If you get bored you can try blending one of the vegetables with the broth and making a flavored stew. I've tried broccolli, kabocha, spinach and carrot for example =D

I'm always a little bit afraid of freeziing stuff. Simply because I think I might do something wrong and in the end end up being food poisoned or something (-____-'')

Also, while you're there, it would be beneficial for you to just go around visiting other pupes. Sometimes you will get a shell and you can use that to get free items for your pupe. :)
