And if you do, are you able to access your mail?

ETA: It appears it was just me. Looks like it was just maintenance on my account. So now I can go back to refreshing inbox work.

I just found a whole bunch of post/comment replies in my junk mail folder, which has never happened before. Methinks there is fuckery afoot with hotmail. *narrows eyes.
