I hate when it does that! Do you have the kind of touch pad that can turn off? Mine usually behaves after I've turned it off and then back on.

No, the touch pad can't be turned off. It just suddenly occurred some weeks ago, lasted a few days and vanished again. Now it is back. :(

Well, I always thought I were an inner-balanced person, but I feel the need to defenestrate this laptop growing with each error beep... What means continuously.

And I guess I look as helpless as Cookie Monster does. ;) Cookie Monster without Cookies is like Choc without LJ.
