My thoughts/prayers are including you and your grandmother... it sounds like her cancer is pretty widespread, so I do think you should try to spend as much time with her as you can... I hope she's able to get some relief with the specialist.

I'm so sorry to hear about your Grandma, Stace :( That's so awful *hugs* Hopefully her transfer to Adelaide will help alleviate some of the discomfort she's experiencing right now. I also agree with what Cassie said. I'm sure she will be glad to have family by her side ♥
