So it's going to be THREE weeks to get the replacement glass for my car because they have to order the genuine part from Japan................/insert stamping foot and tantrum here/........... so my car window still has plastic covering the window

I'm insured with Allianz, but I don't have the extra cover where they'll provide me with a rental car if something goes wrong, they'll only cover me if my car is stolen :(

It's pretty sucky, considering they still want their insurance fees paid and yet I can't independently get to work to pay for them all because they won't lend me a rental while the stupid acredited glass replacing company they've reccomended can't get the part I need in Australia and has to have shipped out!

Yeah I have a 2010 Nissan Micra, its only brand new. :( And yes, Windscreens O'Brien are who they've told me to go through.

Sucks big time.
