Oh, so it is. For some reason I had it in my head that it was a Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy quote. I really, really should rewatch B5 for I remember it being fab.

This is trufax the funniest fic I have read in a long time! Everything was hilarious, from the Doctor's death grip on obliviousness to Martha's straight woman act to the summarization of the Torchwood gang. So, so awesome!
