Hate & Agression : Overrated?

I stumbled upon this entry yesterday, followed by a Facebook hate page. Then, I stumbled upon a few blog post, for example: here, here and here.

From what I know, she was complaining that there are no Famous Amos cookies stall in JB. To me, it's just a small matter. If it happened to me, I just find it elsewhere. No need to rant on Facebook,
