CHAPTER 1
“Noona, I’ll be home late, will you go home by yourself?” asked Hyukjae, or Sungmin and his friends love to call him ‘Eunhyuk’, to Sungmin.
“Where do you wanna go actually?” Sungmin asked back.
Eunhyuk seemed to hide something. “Ehm… I wanna go to my friend’s house… yah, do homework. You know Mr. Choi won’t tolerate lateness.”
“Ah, that teacher… ‘the young but weird teacher’… Okay, but make sure you come home before 5 pm!”
Eunhyuk kissed his noona lightly on the cheek. “Thank you my lovely noona!”
“So, are you going to pick me up to school or not?”
“OKAY NOONAAAAA~” he said cheerfully, his smile widened and more widened.
“Aigoo~ this kid.”

“No Kangin oppa, Hyukjae picked you up here?” teased Ryeowook.
“At least he loves me, if he doesn’t, I won’t be here now. That’s what siblings are for,” Sungmin giggled.
“Yeah, yours. Mine?”
Sungmin chuckled. “Oh, your Heechul oppa. How’s he doing, by the way?”
“Good. OH GOOODDD HE IS GETTING PRETTIER NOWADAYS! For God’s sake, Kim Heechul is GUY,” Ryeowook gave pressure on word ‘guy’.
“Yes, he’s even definitely prettier than me! But I’m cuter, right?” Sungmin widened her smile.
“And you know what, so many guys chase him. Geez. But then, when they figured out that my oppa is a guy, they’re just like ‘what?’ or ‘did he do surgery or something?’,” Ryeowook palmed her face.
Sungmin couldn’t help but laughed. “Lucky me, Eunhyuk is handsome.”
“But Kibum is handsome too, yeah at least I still have a normal brother,” Ryeowook laughed.
“I’m the most handsome man in this world,” someone talked. “Good morning, noonas,” he greeted both girls. They turned to the voice.
“Ah, Kyu-ssi, morning,” Sungmin greeted back.
“Where are you going?” asked Ryeowook.
“Laboratory, it’s Physics subject.”
“Go on, then,” said Ryeowook.
Kyuhyun nodded, but he was like noticing something. “Hey, the bell had been rung, why don’t you come back to class?”
“Oh shit!” Ryeowook and Sungmin ran immediately to their classroom. Kyuhyun just shook his head, then away to laboratory.

“After school time, come to me. I’ll give detentions for the lateness!” Mr. Shin Donghee, or Mr. Shindong.
Ryeowook and Sungmin couldn’t help but sighed. They then sat on their chair. Then Sungmin, who sat near window, looked at outside. She looked at the sky.
Although it’s only one day, I already miss you, Kangin oppa… Do you hear me? Geez, stupid Sungmin. Of course he can’t! Ah, two years… will you still love me? Will you prove your promise to marry me? After all, two years again I will be 19. Too young to marry. But my parents said that they liked you, maybe they will permit us?
Then she looked to the yard. She saw Kyuhyun and his friends. Ryeowook’s brother, Kibum was also there, and the other was cute but she didn’t know him. When Kyuhyun noticed her, he waved her. Automatically, his friends teased him because of that. Sungmin just giggled silently, then she put her attention to Mr. Shindong.

“You know her?!” asked Donghae, one of his friends. “Kibum knows her, you know her, why am I the only one who hasn’t known her yet?!”
Kibum rolled his eyes. “Stop yelling, Hae.”
“I wasn’t yelling, I was whining~”
“Whatever.”
Kyuhyun smirked. “So you’re fan of Sungmin noona?”
“Absolutely! You know, she is loved by so many boys here, even the teachers too!”
“I don’t get it… Why is she loved by so many people?”
Donghae stared at Sungmin’s class. “Don’t you see that she’s cute? Pale-skinned, her black hair, although it’s boy style but it made her looks prettier… then her attitude… her personality… ah, Lee Sungmin is just perfect in my eyes.”
“Oooo…” Kyuhyun and Kibum teased him, but Donghae still stared at Sungmin.
“I wanna meet him, can I Kyu?” asked Donghae.
Kyuhyun glared at him. “No.”
“Please!”
“Nooo~”
“Kibu-“
“Aish. Ask Ryeowook noona.”
“Hey Kibum, don’t ever let this kid meet Sungmin noona,” said Kyuhyun, smirked.
“Why?” asked Kibum, then he seemed noticing something. “Omona, you’re jealous.”
Kyuhyun raised an eyebrow. “No, I’m just trying to do what Kangin hyung said to me. I have to protect that lady while he joins military.”
“They haven’t separated yet?” Donghae asked, quite yelling.
“Why would they?”
Donghae pouted. “At least I still have one… so sorry Sungmin noona, I have to leave you.”
“Tch. Exaggerating,” Kyuhyun mocked at Donghae. “Anyway, who?”
“Secret!” Donghae tongued at Kyuhyun.
“What the hell are you talking about actually, guys? I don’t get it, duhh,” said Kibum. “C’mon, let’s go back to class.”
