I got a bunch of new weights at Target yesterday. A pair of 10 lbs and a pair of 15 lbs. They were FUN getting home on my bike, I'll tell you that. That's 50 pounds in case anyone doesn't feel like bothering with the math

A couple times I switched out Cardio-x for whatever I was supposed to do that day. I also got a little messed up while my mom was here... Wednesday I did cardio instead of yoga, then friday I missed kenpo entirely but counted it as my break day instead of saturday. So the saturday I did yoga x (I can do that one at work), sunday was normal, then monday I did kenpo instead of plyo like I was supposed to. Tuesday was normal, too, but then wednesday I just missed yoga entirely with no good excuse and felt crappy about it. Was back on track for the rest of the week, but the past couple days while doing the resistance workouts (sunday and today) I've started feeling a little sick during the regular workout so I've skipped on ab ripper x, which should be 3x a week. I hate that I've missed it twice in a row now, but pushing through and trying to do it while feeling crappy would just make me feel crappier so...
