Yep, it's Thursday and here I am with my review of OUAT. I should just face it that I am not very good at doing things quickly. *g* Who knows though, maybe unlike Regina I can learn from my mistakes.

Like time I'm doing a picspam/review since I thought that worked out well. So here goes...

Regina is a huge mess! What did you make of that scene between her and Snow when she removed Snow's heart? Do you think she was just trying to put doubt into Snow or will Snow's heart continue to grow blacker?

I swear I thought Owen was a younger Henry! He had the speech mannerisms of Henry to a T! So, now he's back looking for his father. I wonder who is father is in the town.

Me too! They keep faking us out like they did with August.

Where the heck is August?

I'm glad I wasn't the only one!

Good question!

She is! She fell off the redemption wagon and is going back to her old ways of doing things and even has a shiny new reason to hate Snow White.

I do think Snow's heart will grow blacker. And I think that is one of the dangers of FTL characters living in our world. Our world is all grey and they come from a place of black and white. However, all hope is not lost! I do think she will be brought back as well!

If his father is still alive (30 years after all and he would age), they I would think that Regina has had him locked up all this time. Not good.

I really liked Lana Parilla in this ep! It helped making it more interesting because I think the Charmings are becoming more boring each week! lol
I can't wait to know where Owen' story is going, now that we know that he has a history linked with the town!

She is a wonderful actress. But she also gets A LOT to work with on the show. The Charmings are getting NO focus and no drama devoted to them lately. And there is plenty of it if they wrote it! So, yeah, they are getting less interesting but they don't have to be.

I was happy to find out about Owen and where he fits and they brought him into the main theme of families with the whole plot about losing his father.

I just loved this episode! And I love your review! At least we no who the stranger is now. Which leaves me to thinking, what did Regina do to his dad?

Yep! And I thought it was a good twist since I didn't even consider anyone getting caught in the curse when it landed.

Regina does have a whole asylum. One that, like her prisons in the castle in FTL, no one has even thought to check out to see who is in it.

Thanks!

Are you talking about her happy ending being hopeless or character growth being hopeless? Because I think there is hope for both. Once she truly learns to care about other's happiness (especially Henry) and expands her definition of a happy ending from 'I will win EVERYTHING and EVERYONE else will lose' then there is hope. So long as her happiness depends on other people's misery she will never be happy.

Heh. The heart scene was pretty amusing. The only scene I had trouble rewatching though was the dinner scene. It was profoundly creepy.

Therapy sessions are definitely in order and Archie would be willing no matter what so long as he can help.

Aww. Owen's sadface trumps Regina's sadface. Poor little Owen. I have to say I'm very surprised Regina let him go. Sure, she did something with his father but she did let the boy go. She must have been very lonely.

I have completely forgotten Hansel and Gretel. Wiped clean from my memory. Thanks for reminding me!

Poor Rumpel too! He's so woobie sometimes. He really doesn't believe he's worthy of love. But he must be! I believe there must be chances for happy endings.

I also hope Henry's family comes together somehow. He needs all of them.

Much sadder! He was losing his father for no reason he could understand and she was losing the chance to play house! And I am not even a little impressed that she let Owen go. If she really cared at all she would have had Graham release dad too. What she did was consign him to a lifetime of pain. His whole life has been twisted because Regina wanted to keep him.

Rumpel doesn't believe he is but Belle does. What he needs to have her back! And I think everyone has a chance of a happy ending so long as they are alive. Just probably not this season. :)

Heee! Probably not this season! I don't really want them to get their endings too quickly. Hell, Rumpel and Regina have A LOT of making up to do for all the harm they've caused.

I feel pretty woobie toward all of them most of the time. I just want them to be happy. Except I'm strangely cold about Charming. Because he bores me to tears. (The prince in my icon has more humor. ;-)) I could care less what happens to him. But I want everyone else to be happy. From the nuns to the mechanics to the dwarves.

Every last one. Just not for at least another season!
