Yep. I figure I'll get you one way or another. *g* And I didn't realize how versatile sourdough can be!

You should! I love supporting local farms and businesses when I can. I've made it part of my routine the past several years so much so that going a whole week without feels odd.

I'm not great at cooking or anything, but I love farmers' markets for all the amazing things.

One good thing about farmer's markets it that they are not only for ingredients. I love getting people's handcrafted breads and cheeses and other things.

I am very jealous of your sourdough vendor! I am also checking out the Make Your Own Fruit Tart, because I might actually make that...I'm more inclined to bake than to cook above or beyond the - 'time to make the dinner' vibe.

Thanks for the tip!

The sourdough vendor is wonderful and it's not something I'm likely to make myself which makes it even better.

There is something about baking which is rather satisfying I think. Maybe because you don't have to do it to eat for the day. One note: my tart did leak (the blueberries were very saucy) but I had it on foil in a rimmed baking sheet so that contained nicely though it was much tastier than it was perfectly pretty.
