*squees* I can't wait to see it! I know Richard Armitage is in it. And I couldn't tell which one he was with all that make up on.

Yes I believe so. He plays the dwarf king so he has a good meaty role too.

Now I'm envious of your Hobbit preview on the big screen! I am quite definitely seeing this movie in a theater.

I'm excited! I can't wait to go back to Middle Earth (or... well... NZ). Plus I'm a Gandalf stan. One of the most perfect fictional characters ever written and played wonderfully by Sir Ian!

What...you mean you don't have Hobbits there? I wonder how many tourists actually expect to find hobbits when they go to NZ. :)

And Gandalf is such an excellent character - always one of my favorites when I read the books - we are lucky to have Sir Ian to play him.
