Can anyone tell me why children get TWO DAYS OFF on the first week of school? Yes, yes. I know there is Labor Day and Rosh Hashanah and we need to have these days off. (And that many schools have two days for Rosh Hashanah which means THREE DAYS OFF.) But why the first week? *sob

We had our first day yesterday and today and tomorrow off. STUPIDITY REIGNS. Oh well, gives me time to buy school supplies and fall clothes for everyone...

I love your picspam commentaries, it sort of personalizes the whole thing, but I'm sure they're a lot of added work so I'll try not to cry TOO much if you post without them. I would miss them, though!

It makes no sense to me! Why have a day of school followed by three or four days off? *scratches head* I never did find a small lunchbox for her snack so last years has been washed and seems to be working fine. :D

I think so too. And I like writing them so even if everyone said 'who cares?' I'd still do them. What I think I am going to do though it break up my current in-process spam since 45 pictures is a bit much to process at once. Part I and Part II and everyone is happy.
