I'm not even a veggie person and this bunch looks wonderful! And it's sounds like you've already had some divine dishes and have some more planned!

Two quick questions: What in the world is rhubarb, actually? It's not something we really get down here and I've only seen it in strawberry jam and heard of it in a strawberry rhubarb pie. I'm thinking it might be something interesting. And, if you don't mind me asking, how do you do your mashed potatoes? I'd love to make them for Mum!

Ooh, that sounds quite good, actually. I'll have to see if I can find some! And thanks for the potatoes recipe! I think I'll try them with some steaks. :D
