Hey :D Thanks! I know this is a little late :p My computer crashed and I've mostly been posting through my phone which browses so slow that I haven't been poking around much. The birthday was good. The family is good. Since then I've sent my oldest off to Bible camp. She and I have never been apart for such a long stretch of time! And the campers aren't allowed their phones so we couldn't even check in on each other through text or anything :p She comes back today so I'm super excited about that. How are you doing?
No worries. :) Aw, the first big separation! I hope she did okay with no contact - I know that can be rough the first time. They grow up so damn quick. My middle niece is already starting kindergarten this summer and I absolutely can't believe it. I'm doing well! It's the big 3-0 for me today...no idea how that happened, but I'm not bothered by it at the moment. Heh. Cue freaking out later, right?
30! Welcome to the club :) I expected to freak out at some point, but honestly, I don't think it hit me til this year that - wow - this is what I at one time thought "old" would be :p So not old yet (and for the most part I manage to believe it ;)
I know, I totally thought 30 would make me 'old,' but...I kind of never felt like I was my age in my late twenties so here's hoping thirties will be more fitting. Thank you for the orchids - those are lovely!
