Ah, but the actual lake in question? It's the Upper Kananaskis, about an hour away from my place. ;-) The dam is CGI'ed in, but one can literally tromp around out there pretending to be Wolverine if they're so inclined. *shifty eyes* What?

Oh man, I'm madly searching the photo album here and nothing is labeled, but I'll totally find you a picture! My dad and I have a running joke of waving to the mutants whenever we go past... much to the annoyance of the sane folks in the family.
