Oh! Very neat style to this piece ... loved the Vegas-esque soundbytes in brackets! Also thought the slide from light, if intense fun, to something more serious and scary at the end. I like when that aspect of reality is touched upon in rps, although you'd already done a wicked good job of working that in with Alexis' subconcious reaction to the tattoos. :)
And hello! Hot! *G* You do rps so damn well.
I spy with my little eye ... an author cameo? *points and grins*
Yes, yes, I couldn't help it. "Flashing neon sign, look here's me!" :D I was there, I saw them damnit. I just didn't know it. I wasn't Mary Sue-ing Alexis, I swear. :)
I was so not waiting for you to comment on this. ;D
So many little pieces that I could pick out, but really, this is one that I am going to save and reread a couple of times. I wrote David/Chris in Vegas after the first writercon. It is a fun place to set stories.
What a compliment. :) It *is* a fun place to set stories; it's so fucking bizarre and it feels like normal rules don't apply there, so rps just *works* there. Glad you enjoyed it. :) *hugs*
