Sora, of course, will see her as herself because well...he's pretty connected to his own heart.

Remus will probably see her as a hooded girl.

Hooded and then just Xion, because he's pretty connected to the broski Roxas, along with everybody else she could possibly be, so...lets just go with Looks-Vaguely-Like-Blackhaired-Namine. o9
