so chloe is doing MUCH better, I took the advice of someone on the schipperke list and got some rescue remedy cream to put on her sides (she has been SHREDDING her skin on the sides of her undercarriage with her back paws trying to scratch herself) and they look a little better. also last night I managed to roll her over onto her back on the couch ( Read more... )

You could also try benedryl for itchies, even if it doesn't take care of the itching per se it does tend to knock them out a bit.

Glad shes on the mend. Hot bike, I sense a photo opportunity for a newly healed Chloe, you could get her a little helmet and everything!

Bars would help. I would stay away from the Ape hangers and go for the straight style. Look for a bar stem that sits back more.

a smaller seat with less padding will help the ground clearance, so will smaller tires and you might be able to get the springs cut a bit to help on the back end.
