Gorgeous tutorial. As has already been said, v. simple.

It's a bit different for PSP9 though so I just edited (Pixelate is located in distortion effects, jsyk).

Not the best icon but it's just to try it out. xx

This looked interesting, and I don't play with filters enough, so I figured I'd check it out with Photoshop CS. I used the pixelate (filter > pixelate > mosaic) on the first try...
