Yes, Hermes, Odin, and Loki go well together--but don't forget Apollon, back when he ran with the wolves.
The Twelve of Olympos aren't, as a group, one who ring my bells, although I have helped their people from time to time, and done them honor from time to time. You fit well enough by my book--but understand that Germanic Recons can be quite provincial and insular, despite best efforts to remind them that the world is larger than them.

True. Though the closest I've ever come to Apollon is I live with a priestess of his. At least at this point in time he hasn't shown much interest in me.

Yeah, that I'm familiar with. Every time I did some research into Asatru those groups and individuals were never hard to find. Its was disheartening, as someone happily untraditional and happily on a more solitary path (among other things, if we want to start talking about the more extreme views) it never looked like I'd be allowed anywhere near that community. At least there are some who think differently - and that I actually found them first this time.! :-)

Long ago I shifted from a Norse path to a Celtic one, and Loki just came along for the ride. For me, I never found quite enough about him in my travels, because of the number of Norse followers that freaked out at the time when I said thats who I dealt with.
