Yesterday, Cedarlight Grove was holding what had been advertised as a prayer bead workshop conducted by an associate of a member who was not a Pagan himself. As I'm working through how to make my own Hermes prayer beads (after I finish another long overdue project), I thought it would be a good thing to go and get some ideas. Workshop did not

I completely agree.

This rant is totally deserved and that guy is an idiot. I mean, if you're going to be world-denying and hope for a better afterlife or whatever, that's one thing, but to purposefully allow your life to suck, and to allow other people to make it suck, is just really...bad stuff. How are we ever supposed to solve anything if we just let the crap happen and say that it's the universe loving us? Gross.
