I don't know what will happen with Chimmy; honestly I think Jimmy/Chimmy will probably be a non-issue for the next bunch of episodes making this whole WTF reunion a "What was the point of that?" bit.

I don't know why the clanafication, but it seems a bit hamhanded.

Great review.

I love the parallelism with the of the Chlarkimmy triangle with Chlarklete and Chlarklana. Not to mention that it was covered in the s6 companion book that Jimmy never replaced Clark in her heart. We obviously aren't done with Chlark, not by a long shot.

I don't think we are either; I didn't know that was in the s6 book! But that's cool.

I love the parallelism too, course what it says to me quite pointedly is that it's interesting of late how much the triangles of the show have focused around Chlark. There is Chlarkex too as a seperate triangle; and yes Clexana exists but it's just interesting how many triangles exist since Gemini.

Chlark vs Chlollie [vs Lollie vs Ollinah vs Clana vs Lex/Canary vs Cnois] in Siren
Chlarkana, Chlarkex, Clexana in Fracture
Chlarkimmy, Chlarkex, Chlarkete in Hero.

It's really quite pointed, IMO. I think that is the theme of the season, testing of the Chlark base.

I, too, love those upstairs sets, especially, the windows with the Superman-type imagery in them. I noticed the purple carpet as well and I kind of like that because it shows how much Lex has truly taken over The DP ( ... )

YES. It's like an unnatural perversion of the DP's red/gold/blue.

I thought it might have been more of a show of how she is still good, even though she's being seduced by the dark side.

That's a thought; I also considered it was how she's a 'blank slate' right now.

But, when he's coming in between folks, it seems like that's when they put him in black.

Agree. It's so you go "This is wrong. WRONG."

They read everything she writes and they pay attention to it. She has READERS.
