I know a lot of people are 'death nell' but I'm not. I thought parts were funny, parts were equally, and parts were meh. And I thought some of the actors definately didn't try too hard. But cut for spoilers including some for upcoming episodes. :)

And nice catch about thw wings! As someone who has served as an extra on a few video shoots and stage productions, I can verify that the angel lady is calculated. She is meant to walk by Clark at that exact moment.

It was timed by just so it looked like her GA was pissed. And he was.

I've thought it was strange, too, that EDLois wore black in "Arrow" and "Rage", when the could have had her wearing Supes or GA colors.

Well Ollie had some black but a lot of green. But Green Arrow hung out with Black Canary and she's like forever in black. It's odd.

I thought that was MAJORLY creepy.

It was cruel.

Nice list of writing references...there's something fishy when they pass up opportunities to have those connected to EDLois when they obviously love their anvils.They just stuck out in contest of the episodes ( ... )

WOw...I had trouble watching it one time even for the TW hotness. I'm not sure I could watch it again. Have the credits been redone? I always look away so as to avouid the horrible Clana in bed scenes. That still grosses me out horribly.

But good point; Clark and Chloe share those back pockets and theirs has never been a relationship they don't want to enter into; it's been the one thing they are both afraid to enter into. But I still fault Clark for being so afraid to lose his best support in Chloe and so going for Lanacakes, his least supporter and his worst tormenter in many ways. At some point, I think a guy who would push Chloe away for a girl who had previously tried to kill him needs to reevaluate and stop being such a coward. That's not what I expect from my Supermanly guy. Reevaluation is just long, long overdue.

Credits were redone at Zod. They still suck.

Nice re-cap! I was actually happy to have my "I don't want to sleep" child on Thursday because by the time I got to watch it, I could fast-forward through a lot of it - mainly because I wanted to here Kal bitch at everyone and yes, his "I'm not done yet!" was very frightning and I almost would've liked more bitching from him at everyone. Shallowly speaking, Kal would be fun to play with for a while ;). I actually didn't mind Lana too much - and I also liked the side part and both girls did look pretty throughout the episode. The sarcasim between Nois and Clark in the DP office was great - even Nois' "I mean, after one kiss and now you're into me?" and LOVED Kal's response! What it felt like, is different things *we've* commented on about lack of chemistry between these two and how so many anti's have been saying - "oh, he hasn't kissed her yet, it'll take a kiss" blah, blah - so after rewatching the episode and the excessive amounts of anvils that almost made them more anti-anvils. The real story is Clark has emotional issues he ( ... )

Exactly. It felt like (just like the end of Hydro) they read DI and went out of their way to mock them.

When Clark answer’s EDLois about Past/Future with “this is the present” did you get the feeling that was a meta that Smallville isn’t a Prequel but the Superman story NOW?
