It was made to commemorate what would have been Carl Sagan's 75th birthday earlier this year. Apparently it was released as a limited edition of 1500 on 7" vinyl; I am desperately trying to find it, as I am a huge Carl Sagan fan. Plus, the b-side has the symbols from the Voyager disc etched into it. As for who he is... if you mean Carl Sagan, you will be watching the entire of Cosmos next time you visit. And your jaw will be on the floor as you sit there with an utterly enraptured expression on your face listening to one of the most amazing minds that has ever lived explain exactly how the universe works. It will NOT be a wasted 10 or so hours and it will not feel that long either.
