to run i'll give u a lesson,
1) step your left foot out
2) then stick your butt out
3) wave your arms side to side, up and down
4) shake your right foot
5) wiggle youe ass
6) tilt your head back just a bit
7) pound both feet and hop as far as possible
8) do everything at the same time
9) repeat reallly realllllly fast
