So, while preparing my 'hood for my turn at the atwroundrobin , I decided to get some of that pesky shooting stuff out of the way, beacuse, y'know, it's pesky. Anyway, better sooner than later, right?

Ahahaha! OMSPs definitely have a learning curve. The freezer clock is a godsend.

Use the magick tray to place your sims really close to other sims. It's the only thing I've found that won't tip them off into weird angles. Only caveat is that the creator warns never to save your lot with a sim standing on one.

Supposedly the magic tray has been replaced by better and shinier OMSPs, but I find it invaluable for scenes. You can also place it on top of one of the shiftable ones.

Aaah, thanks for the advice. Haha, it seems so simple now! I've got the shiftable OMSPs sitting in my downloads file, which are supposed to be the 'improved' version of the magic tray, but they seemed too intimidating. D:

Give the shiftables a try. They're really handy. Once you start using them you'll wonder how in heck you ever managed without them.

There are even some that will put something one floor above or below. You wouldn't think those would come in handy, but I've found they're great for items that only want to sit up high and/or sims in a pose that normally would be on something (say a sofa) but that you want to have on the ground.

Haha, yeah, they do seem to be among the essentials you need for pictures and such. I think I'll have some fun with them before I seriously need them.

That would have been useful for another picture I took. Hmmm, I might go back and redo them, trying it with the OMSPs. Wish me luck!

That was funny, I've had that happen to me. Pose Box Phail is hilarious I haven't discovered the freezer clock yet, it would make life easier when I have to use the Action Pose box. I have an Interlude legacy chapter coming up that will require it. Wanna help me?
