Haha, no. This insurance guy is exactly that, an insurance agent. I've been calling him because our renewed car insurance policy fees have increased without them telling us why. So I've been calling him to either cancel the renewal or to possibly get lower quotes(fees) from another insurance companies. I finally got to settle things yesterday, so now we have a new insurance company.
