Hello all you people that actually still check this and read/comment.   Todays post is dedicated to tracy/snurfpup.

This week i have mostly been not sleeping enough, after last thursday seeing Alamaba 3, who were very good and did a shit long  set and with the help of a few unmentioned friends I wasn't sleeping till 2am in the morning - good night.

For me, it's all about relaxing with those I care about and eating good food.
